I've always been a fan of Chicago Cutlery. Nice looking, very sturdy. This set of 3 was perfect to replace my 3 favorites in my Chicago Cutlery block, that is at least 20 years old. I plan to have the same bllock forever! I'm so glad these 3 were available as a set. Worked for me!

Excellent knife! It works great as a paring knife and it's very economically priced compared to many knives which go for 4 or 5 times as much! I have peeled and pared all sorts of vegetables and fruits with it and it does a good job and keeps on cutting! Will be picking up several more as gifts and another one for myself!
