Love, Love, Love this product! Purchased for my son's graduation party and it was the center of attention for all ages. I purchased a chocolate that was first melted in the microwave and then just poured it in. The machine ran quietly and smoothly for the whole party. The only problem we encountered was the wind, due to being outside on our deck. The chocolate did spray and make a mess. So probably should be used indoors or on a calm day.

I purchased this fountain for a bridal shower. It was easy to assemble, ran quietly and flowed perfectly for several hours. It came apart and washed up just as easily.

I bought 5 chocolate fountains. 4-were excellent and 1 worked but was broken in the lowest part. It was not a big problem because someone fix it.
