Customer Reviews: Victorinox Red Swiss Army SwissChamp with 2- Blades and Accessories

Richard B. from Newtwon, PALiked the item: well designed, well made, ingenious in some respects. The accompanying instructions for use were inadequate, I thought; poorly done and confusing. I realize the problem of many languages to be served. But you can do better.

Annika M. from Chicago, ILThis knife is totally awesome. Everything that I waited for. I using it when I am camping ect. Great choice.

Jim G. from Birmingham, ALAs a matter of principle I have to give this flagship Swiss Army Knife 5 stars since it represents the essence of the concept. There are a lot of useful tools packed into this knife making it very thick and relatively heavy, especially for carrying. This model is more a tool to keep at hand in the desk drawer or glove compartment than in the pocket. If one insists on carrying this knife, I strongly recommend a belt pouch. You can't beat this for functionality such as when you need a metal saw for some minor chore or a wire snipper to clip a small gauge of wire. It won't replace a toolbox full of tools but it can come close. A great item to impress gadget-appreciating friends. How many "pocket knives" have a magnifying glass blade?

Pieter K. from Los Angeles, CAThis was a replacement knife for swiss army knife I had to leave with airport security. It is wonderful and as good as my last one.

Roger H. from Syracuse, NYI received this knife as a gift over 25 years ago, as part of the SOS-Set survival kit. It has a dual compartment pouch with another 21 items, with the 31 on the knife making a total of 52 functions. I normally carry just the knife in a single belt pouch and use it almost every day. The only replacement in all that time was a new spring for the scissors. It's like having a tool box on my belt and I find I reach for it even when I don't wear it.

Dale M. from Enterprise, ALAbsolutely the best Swiss ever made. I'm proud to be the owner of such a rare find!!
