This knife really is a good knife, It has a good feel to it. It is well crafted and well balanced. This knife is preaty sharp, and has a great look to it. The reason I gave this knife a "4" is because of the handle. it is not the best, but if I lost this knife I would buy another.

I was extremely surprised at the quality of the steel and the super sharp edge, you have to be careful when handling. I have purchased other boot knifes of differnt makes and this S&W is the best by far, a very weighty product.

I was a bit wary about buying this knife at first. But once it arrived, I was truly amazed at the quality and overall structure of it. Extremely durable and well built. I would definately reccomend this knife to anyone.

Slick low profile design fits nicely inside my boot. Factory blade good and sharp, and I've had no problems.

This is definately one of the best boot knives you can buy, the rubber handle makes for a great grip and the knife is extremly sharp. Everything you should expect from Smith & Wesson

Excellent knife. I liked the thumb break and the double edge is very sharp. It was a little long for my boots, but 8"+ boots would be great. I have it attached to my shoulder holster instead, and the clip has not allowed it to come off even though it is upside down.

The knives I bought seem to be of good quality and I am pleased with the purchase.So many things you buy today are misrepresented just to get a sale.That is not the case with the knives they are good quality knives and do exactly what I wanted them to do.

The knife is very light and in obtrusively fits in my boot. The grip is a nice rubber and feels quite manageable in my hand. It does a good job going through Kevlar when you get rushed by SWAT.

I am currently working patrol in law enforcement. This boot knife is comfortable and a need tool for the job I am performing.

This is the best boot knife I have ever had! It is extremely sharp. The handle is very comfortable in your hand. The sheath is tough leather that will last a lifetime. This was the best deal I ever got on a top quality knife. Get it and you won’t regret it.

This knife is a little long for a boot knife. However, it is a nice knife for the price.

The overall knife is not bad, it’s quite sharp, has good balance, thick blade and a good grip. The only downfall of this knife is its sheath. It’s supposed to be a boot knife and that is why I bought it, I’m a pilot in the military and wanted to have a knife that I can have readily available. However, the clip incorporated into the sheath digs in into the calf. It has a lip to make it easier to clip down, but it become a hinder. To resolve the problem I had to just put the whole knife into one of by flight suit leg pockets. If it wasn’t for the sheath, it would be a great buy for the price.

I bought this knife based on the reviews others have made for it. It is a very sturdy knife and of good quality construction. However I have two points not noted in the product description: This knife has a double edge blade. This could be a problem depending on the laws of your city or state. Also the sheath is pretty uncomfortable when you wear it in your boot and because of the placement of the belt clip it rides very high. All in all it is a good knife and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good boot knife.

Very nice knife. A perfect fit for combat boots and it doesn't chafe at all. Great feel and better quality. Only thing I found that was even remotely wrong with it was the sheath. It was either slightly deformed or a bit too narrow for the knife. A 5 minute modification took care of that. Other than that, 5/5.

Great item, fast shipping - tremendous vendor! The only drawback, if it is a drawback, is that I was surprised that the knife is Chinese made. I ordered a name brand assuming it would be American made.

This is a great knife! I noticed people have been complaining about the sheath of the knife and how it's uncomfortable. Something I think needs pointing out... this is an inside-the-boot knife. The clip part should be on the outside of the boot while the sheath should be inside the boot on the in-side part of your leg, snugged just behind the ankle joint and ahead of the Achilles tendon. This makes it nearly impossible to see, but keeps it accessible. Excellent knife overall!

I am incredibly pleased with this item! I ordered one for myself and one for my sister and we are both very happy with them. We do a lot of wilderness hiking and they are perfect. They maintain a keen edge. I have not only already used mine to skin a timber rattler (in which it did a perfect job, she was pregnant and I was able to slice her belly without touching the sack), I have also used it to fix a fuel hose and it sliced threw it like butter. Thank you and I highly recommend this knife to anyone!

This is a very well balanced, sturdy feeling knife. It has a razor sharp double edge blade, that is masterfully ground into a point almost too sharp to touch. The handle design and material make it very comfortable to handle and grip. A very good purchase for the price.

I bought several knives for what then was an up-coming job. Of all bought, the SRT knife fit best on my drop-down holster. It has a great feel grip wise, easy draw and secure sheath. It's a great addition to my options when on the job. Only fault I can list is I wish it had a partially serrated blade, other than that nothing.

The knife is great. I would like to take two and make one. Would like the rubber handle on it, and just a little smaller, but again over all, I am pleased with it!

I love this knife and case. Both are well made and easy to wear and handle. Comes with very nice edge. Knife was a little lighter than I thought it would be, but still great knife.

The knife is great, no complaints about the knife. The sheath although is a good sheath only has a clip and so I had a tough time figuring out how to get it to stay on/in my boot.

The knife was bought with self defense in mind for a military application. The knife is sturdy and comfortable to wear. It is a definite asset for duty in Afghanistan.

As a U.S. Marine infantryman, I know my way around a blade. I was a little hesitant to buy this S&W due to previous experience with one of their folders falling apart on me. However, this boot knife is exceptionally well made. Its only drawback is it loses its edge a little bit too quickly for my taste when compared to other knives I've used, but it isn't hard to bring that back up. Definitely a great tactical knife for the price.
