So far I like this thermometer a lot! I used it for making mead, and it allowed me to measure the high and the low temperatures for accuracy. It works great for making yogurt also.

This item has the features I needed, and is easy to use. Setting a target temperature is quick and easy. The cable on the probe is long enough to reach to the back of a normal oven. I especially like the magnet on the back so that the unit can be stuck to the oven door when in use, and on the refrigerator when not in use. This is accurate enough for baking where accuracy is critical, and is one of the most accurate units you will find for under $100.

Good thermometer, easy to use. Magnet on the back is especially helpful.

This item has been in my kitchen for years. I needed to gift people with something special, and this was it!

I have only been using this thermometer for a few weeks but so far I like it a lot! I've been very careful about water on the probe cord and connections based on reviews I read before purchasing. I've not been able to get it to consistently give me low/high temp warnings. It is particularly useful for cheese making, but perhaps that's more a user problem. I do like the large, clear read out and timer feature!

It seems better than others of this type. I'm using it and it works well!
