Compared to the first few generation of the grill, the new one is actuallly the "Next Grilleration". Its basically the indoor grill of all grills since this model is much bigger, has a nice handle, an on and off switch (so you wont have to keep un plugging it for the daily user), and its easy to clean because of the interchangable plates. If you use a GF grill everyday it should suit you well. This one gets to cook omletes, pancakes, and etc unlike the other grill.

We think it is great,it does a great job cooking and is fast. It drains the fat off and that is a plus for anyone. It is very easy to clean with the removable grills, and the main body stays so much cleaner and is easy to keep new looking. As you can tell we are very happy with it.

My daughter loves waffles, but we didn't have a waffle iron. We already had a small George Foreman grill, but when I saw this one and that it had several options (grill/waffler/griddle) I had to get it. So far, it works great! We're still using up the frozen waffles, but soon we'll be turning out fresh-cooked waffles. I'm still getting use to the varying temperatures and all this machine can do, but am very happy with it!
