Gary W. from Stone Mountain, GA

I purchased my first Victorinox/Forshner boning knife about 15 years ago from my butcher. If it was good enough for him... Later on, I bought a full set of FR Dick cutlery, including their bird's beak parer. My daughter loved that knife and I gave it to her when she moved out. Several months later, I replaced it with the Victorinox and think the Victorinox is a better knife. Comfortable grip, an incredibly sharp blade and a great price. When I find out which kitchen knives my daughter needs, I'll fill in the blanks with the Victorinox/Forshner line. Rosewood handles, if you please.

  Larry M. from Spokane, WA

While the knife works fine, it just comes off as cheap. The rosewood handle is also too slippery to be the best choice.
