I've used Victorinox knives for over 15 years..I can't fault them...and buying one online..was no exception...I was pleased how prompt it was sent....but maybe wrap in bubble wrap instead of loosely in brown paper in a box.....sharp edges during transit can effect the blade...but apart from that...mine is still 9 months later working beautifully ..I really love the wooden handles opposed to the hard plastic handles..thank you for your service..it's appreciated!

This is a great knife. I received one as a wedding gift and loved it so much I now give it to others as gifts. It's very sharp, easy to use, and has held up over the years. (That's saying a lot since we tend to abuse our knives.)
