I love this knife! It is a great value and stays sharp with just a few flicks of the sharpening steel every week or so. Clearly the best knife in my kitchen.

This knife is just great! Its just the right size and very comfortable to use! It's so sharp that you can slice a sheet of paper towel by just pressing the knife against it ( I tried it). I would recommend this knife for every kitchen! You can't find better quality than Victorinox!
