Wayne I. from Atlantic City, NJFor an inexpensive sharpening device, this one is great. It's easy to use, safe and in three or four passes, followed by a little edge-honing refinement on a steel or stone, this one does the job. Plus, the built-in scissor sharpener works well too, although I found that pushing the blades through the sharpener with a slight pressure seemed to work better than drawing them toward you.
