This ice cream maker performs like a champ. And it makes A LOT!!! The ice cream it produced was beautifully creamy with no muscular effort needed except to pour the custard into the container, lock it, and feed the ice and salt into the bucket as directed. The ice cream was done in about 30 minutes. Got raves.
