Howard W. from Staten Island, NYExcellent tool. A classic.

Greg W. from High Point, NCThis is comfortable, sturdy, and well balanced. The weight gives it good penetration, and the leather handle affords a good grip even when in sweaty hands.

Russ R. from Port Tobacco, MDThis is balanced like a machete and it actually works better than that. It replaces a hatchet, large knife and even brush clearing tool. I chose the model with the knuckle guard, and I am glad I did. This will be handy if you are working with fairly new, springy growth. Make no mistake though, this is a professional tool, not a toy or replica of a real artifact. Use with extreme caution, it's sharp enough to cause major injury with.

Dale C. from Flagstaff, AZThe knife is everything you said it would be: quality blade, rugged handle, and balanced for cutting. I only wish it came with a sheath.
