Brent P. from Oceanside, CAThis is the best knife sharpener I have ever used. It only takes a few minutes to learn how to use and after that I know have knive that I once thought could never be sharp "Extremely Sharp!!!!" I'd highly recommend it for anyone whos collects knives or spends a lot of time in the kitchen. I do both........

David S. from Williamsburg, VAAn excellant, sturdily made machine that quickly sharpens the full variety of knives we use in our household.

Joann H. from Volcano, CAI like the knife sharpener. It seems to do the job pretty well. However, my knives have such thick blades, I am having some trouble getting them sharp enough, but I don't believe it's the fault of the knife sharpener.

Steve B. from Long Pond, PAThe sharpener is great. This is the second one I have owned. The first one was a cheaper model and it lasted around ten years with moderate use. For best results the first time you sharpen a knife make sure you use the first stage an appropriate amount of times . I have around twelve different knives I keep sharp with this sharpener. I do have one sushi knife that I cannot sharpen with this sharpener because of the angle of the bevel on the knife. The knife is to expensive to change the angle of the bevel.
