Easy to handle, very sharp. Both knives go into the dishwasher, as they are one-piece steel. Love them

You could not ask for a better pair of knives. Forget about the price which is ridiculously low, they are simply top notch tools, particularly the chef's knife. Cutting becomes a whole new experience with it. It is much better than the $70 chefs knife that I have.
