Amazing set of knives. Good value for the price. Just started to make our own sushi and the first time we used the knives we were surprised at how easily it went through the sushi roll. Only thing I wish was different was the direction the knives go into the case. Seems like the knives may cut through the edge of the case eventually.

The knives are adequate in performance and if they hold a sharp edge over time they are very satisfactory.
