It is a tough blade, with a good edge, a strong lock, and a heavy duty knife made to work. The knife opens easy with a thumb and has positive lock. It is worth the money. I love this knife.

The knives are great! I collect odd things and knives are one of them. They were a little larger than I realized from the photos. Too big as a pocket knife but a great letter opener on my desk.
