Shaun R. from Bakersfield, CAThe saw for the Gerber Gator Axe II combo is simply perfect. The blade is made of a high-quality steel that is rigid enough for the demands of outdoor needs. The teeth of the saw blade are amazingly sharp and large so that cutting is easily accomplished. The saw fits snugly within the handle of the axe so it adds virtually no additional weight and no extra bulk. The saw handle is rubberized and contoured for a good grip, but is smaller than I would prefer for my large hand. Never the less, still manageable for great effect.
