Shyama E. from Boston, MAI bought this blanket for my husband who recently became a paraplegic. I can wrap it around him from the ankles all the way up to his neck when he's in his wheelchair. He's used it a few times going out and it has provided a much needed windproof, waterproof warm layer over top all all the winter clothes. When it's not in use I roll it up and hang it by the strap from the back of his chair so it's handy if he needs it.
