This is a 39 Inch Sword. The Sharpened Stainless Steel Blade is 30 Inches and boasts a 9 Inch handle. This sword has a full tang meaning the blade reaches the end of the handle. The blade is securely attached with three brass pins through the handle.

Sorin D. from Winnipeg, CanadaI purchased this item because it looked similar to a Cosack Shashka. However, it is a strong solid full tang sword and worth the money. It's too long and heavy though for me and I am 5'11". The scabbard is is not adequate with the belt loop, because I can't carry it like this, I need a frog. As a wall piece it is OK, other wise kind of useless for reenactment or similar.
