5 Best-Selling Case Knives at Knife Depot

This year marks the 125th anniversary of Case Cutlery, so in honor of the company’s rich history of manufacturing collectible knives, we decided to bring you a post on the best-selling knives from Case at Knife Depot.

Here they are.

5. American Workman Sod Buster

13007

Coming in at No. 5 is the Sod Buster from the American Workman family. This Sod Buster is a great knife that’s been in the Case family for decades and constantly gets praise from everyone who owns one. With a closed length of 4.63 inches, the Sod Buster is surprisingly large and dispatches nearly any task with ease. It features a blue synthetic handle and a polished skinner blade.

4. Amber Bone Medium Stockman

042

Next up is the Amber Bone Medium Stockman. The jigged Amber Bone on this 3.64-inch (closed) stockman takes center stage, highlighting how handsome these knives are. It comes with a clip, sheepsfoot and spey blade in Tru-Sharp Surgical Steel.

3. Amber Bone Hobo

052

If you look at the top 10 Case knives we sell, you’ll spot the Amber Bone series in there a few times and for good reason: it has a classic look that can’t be beat. The Hobo is third on the list because it’s highly functional and versatile. We’ve all needed a knife, fork or spoon while out and about and the Hobo will meet your needs. Plus, this is a must-have tool for riding the rails.

2. Working Small Stockman

081

There’s not much to say about this small stockman with a rugged brown synthetic handle, except for the fact that it’s reliable and useful. There’s no gimmicks and nothing fancy. The Working Small Stockman features a clip, sheepsfoot and pen blade.

1. Working Peanut

046

I’d hate for this to be anti-climactic, but the peanut from the same series is our current No. 1-selling Case Knife. The peanut, for its smaller size and versatile clip and pen blades is one of the most popular Case patterns. This knife is 2.88 inches when closed and features a 2.75-inch blade made of Tru-Sharp Surgical Steel. The jigged brown synthetic handle is comfortable and lightweight. This little workhorse will put in a lifetime’s work.
