The highly flexible blade of a boning knife makes it the perfect tool for removing silver skin from tenderloins, deboning chicken, filleting and skinning fish and more. Because you can get right up near the bone or skin, you have less wasted meat. However, not every boning knife offers the same quality. Knife Depot brings you a professional-grade boning knife collection that is affordable enough for home cooks. You'll use the same knives trained chefs demand to get superior quality results. With extremely flexible, forged blades and well-balanced handles, your prep work will go faster, so you can get on with cooking and eating. And, because Knife Depot offers low prices, you just might find yourself eating gourmet meals more often.

This a very nice, quality boning knife at a reasonable price.

The knife is exactly what I was expecting and I am very pleased with it.

I love it I bone out a lot of shoulder pork roast sausage & turkeys- for turkey parts.

I bought this knife to replace a boning knife that I'd had for 45 years. This is a well made knife the handle is comfortable and I love the curve of the blade. So far it's held a decent edge. The only thing I have to get used to is it's lightness and flexibility of the blade. it does the job.

Old school carbon steel - fourth one I've owned in my 65 years (they start to look like filet knives after a dozen years of whetstone sharpening) - and still the best all-around knife in my kitchen. Simply can't find them at any fancy kitchen store or even commercial kitchen dealers. Takes a fine edge with ceramic sharpeners: can slice tomatoes like a Ginsu. Watch your fingers. And keep them out of the dishwasher!

Sharp, heavy duty, keeps a good edge.

I used the knife to debone to deer this fall. It remained sharp and worked great cutting around bone and tenons. Super knife
