Fantastic looking and equally well made knife.

This is large overall and about an 8 inch knife. The Damascus blade is still very sharp even today after a lot of use. The burl handle is also a rich brown. This is a very good knife, well made, and very attractive. I like it a lot! It is just to large to carry in a pocket.

It's a good knife but the blade doesn't look like real Damascus (kind of faux Damascus). I've seen the real deal in person and in the Japan Woodworker catalog and it is much nicer. Maybe this one is machine made and the better quality ones are hand forged.
