I had this knife when I was in the Army during Desert Shield and I used it for a screwdriver, a hammer and the blade well it held an edge for FOREVER. It held up like I had just bought it when I got back, it was dented up quite a bit BUT nothing was loose on it. Incredible durability!! My grandpa has had one for 20 years and he won't buy any other knife. It is the perfect size for skinning a deer also.

I enjoyed working with Knife Depot. I ordered 48 personalized knives for Christmas gifts to my employees. Their staff was very professional and met the deadline as I requested. My employees really enjoyed the pocket knives and were impressed with the product.

Very nice Knife. Heavy thick leather sheath. Knife is a little larger than I thought it would be. Knife opens and closes very smoothly.

Everything was fine, as you might think. Somewhat more strength is required to unlock and close the blade. Thank you!

I purchased this knife for my boyfriend who has one just like it but he has had it forever and the blade is not in the best shape. He is a farmer so he uses his knife alot and for many different things. He loved it.

This is a great knife. I can't bear to use it lest it get scuffed, scratched, dull etc. Next time I will buy two -- one to stay new and one to use.

I recieved this knife fully sharpened, and polished. I have worn it for a month now, on a daily, 16+ hour a day basis. The leather case it comes with is very resistant to scratching, and has a nice deep brown color (versus the shown light tan.) I have gotten nothing but compliments from this knife. This knife has also replaces a Tanto blade I was carrying on a daily basis.

This is my brothers favorite work knife! He uses it several times through out the day and his knife doesn't come off the belt when he gets home either. I couldn't decide what to get him at Christmas time. Then I saw his old knife he was using and man it was bad and really beat up! He had it about 5 years and that was the 2nd one. I am glad to say he is on his 3rd Schrade knife and said its the best all purpose work knife. Thanks for helping me give my brother the best Christmas gift. He's a simple man, not into electronics, fashion or material things. He is a good old boy, who loves his knife!

I own a Schrade Uncle Henry but the spring broke in it. It is a very good knife. This one is not of the same quality but it is still quite good. The reason why I bought the knife is for the blade length and locking ability. It is very handy indeed and also its ability to retain its sharpness.

I have owned an LB7 for many years and used it for all my outdoor activitys. Having just received 2 LB7 knives today that I ordered as gifts I was very disappointed. The knives were basically the same when I looked at them but when I picked one up it was nothing like the quality of my old LB7. Lighter and thinner and actually not as pictured on the Knife Depot website. Website shows four rivets on wood handle but there is only three. Made in China doesn't compare with made in USA.

This knife has trouble with the openswitch. It can be hard to open. The blade is very sharp and great for cutting open objects. Thanks for the fast service.

I am disappointed to find that this knife is now make in China. I did not know this when I purchased it. This knife is much lighter and cheaper made than before. The blade does not take an edge like US steel does. It was to replace one identical to it that I had purchased over 30 years ago when they were made in up state New York. If I had known of the change I would never have purchased it.
