Almost every major law enforcement and military agency in the world has used Smith & Wesson products, and to this day, most police departments in the United States depend on our firearms and accessories.

We've been a partner to law enforcement since the late 1800s, developing crime-fighting tools that set the standard for the field. Very nice knife. I have owned this knife for many years now and it hasn't let me down yet. This knife takes an edge very nicely. Very well balanced, with a solid feel to it. To me this knife is very tactical oriented with its seven serration spine, which is not for wood sawing as traditional serrations are. No, these Seven Cynical bad boys are for grabbing bits of scull from enemies, as well as a skull crusher on the butt of the hilt. This knife is a killer buy. Overall Review: I would trust my life to this knife. This knife currently presides on my tactical outfit.

It is one of the strongest knifes, you don't need to carry with you an axe, that knife will do the job with no problem!

This is a very, very good knife for the money and so worth it. It is well worth the money and is easily a match for knives 4 times its amount. It is probably the best knife on the market for its price range. It is a solid designed the blade and is not shaped as a thin knife but is also tougher than a thin knife allowing this knife to hack at things you wouldn’t dare try with some of the even more costly blades. The only problem I found with it is that a screw keeps coming undone in the handle but beside that is pretty much what one comes to expect from Smith and Wesson. It is a great knife and a reasonable price. I manage to get a first production run of the blade so I am not sure if the screw problem is fixed in the later production runs.

This knife is exactly how it looks. It has a thick blade, great weight, and is well balanced. The handle could have been a little thicker but overall it's a great piece of metal.

It is excellent craftsmanship! The weight is good on it yet not too heavy. The sheath is good and keeps it in place yet easy to pull out with a quick tug. I haven't used it yet but would recommend it to anyone looking for a heavy duty outdoors knife.

This is an excellent weapon. Definite quality. I am a retired U.S. Marine and I specialized in hand-to-hand tactical and bladed weapons. I like the feel and weight of this knife even for its size.

I like to think of this knife as a mini-sword. It is a well balanced piece of hardware that I will use for the rest of my life. As for this site, I guess I got lucky when I ordered this knife from and got them as the vendor. You simply cannot do better on price or service.

Good sturdy knife, I use it mostly for the off road area where I also carry my gun. I was looking for a somewhat heavy duty knife that would fit alot of different things I need it for, and this knife was perfect.

It's the BEST survival knife I've seen and handled. The knife can cut almost anything from meat to brush, it can chop, and if you forget a tent peg, it can even double as that. Some survival knives have fancy steel and sell for a hundred dollars or more. The 440C stainless in this knife does the job just fine. This knife is fine!

Overall this knife is a good value for the money. However, it's worth noting that it is a big, heavy knife; so probably isn't as well suited to 'tactical' or tactical carry (it weighs as much as a 15" machette), as S&W marketing might have you believe. Having said that, it is a solid camp/field knife, capable of doing most cutting tasks including chopping wood. It will stand up to a good deal of abuse.

Ok, you're looking at a Smith & Wesson homeland security tactical knife. But you are probably wondering if its worth the bucks or not, well I'm here to help. 1. The Blade: the blade is aprox. 8 3/4 inches long, and is painted a nice urban black and gray camoflauge. The knife comes with a sharpening tool that can be carried with the knife, I used the tool and it works great and the knife is razor sharp. 2. The Handle: Not much to be said other than it provides a sure grip, very sturdy, and durable. 3. The Sheath: This is the only thing keeping it from a perfect five, the sheathe compiments the knife well and is durable. But the problem is that it is plastic inside which would eventually wear the paint down in certain spots on the blade. 4. The Knife Overall: I would definately recommend this knife to anyone who is interested, it is one great package and worth the money.
