I am satisfied with all the aspects of the squire knife I purchased. It is slightly larger than what I wanted, but apparently the 501 is either larger or smaller than the one I purchased many years ago. The quality and workmanship is excellent!

I bought this Buck knife for my father because he's all into the outdoors. He laughed when he saw it, but when he used it he realized that it was strong and good for all weather conditions. He even cut himself on it, he said, "yeah, it works".

This Squire is the 2nd Buck knife that I have purchased from you folks. The 1st was a Buck Ranger. The Squire is always on my belt when I'm wearing my house/casual pants and the Ranger is always on my belt when I'm wearing household chore pants or camping/fishing pants. Both knives exhibit fine craftsmanship and the heat treated blade is second to none. A couple of strokes on the hone and the blade is back to razor sharp. The sheath is top quality also. With its heavy duty snap and stitching I have no question regarding its durability. I believe that I routinely wear two of the finest folding knives available.

This is a very nice knife and a nice size too. It is well made and the leather case is also very nice if you don't want to carry the knife in your pocket.

It was a gift for my husband, replacing the knife he had lost. He is thrilled with it.
