Gerber E-Z Out Skeleton, 3.52" Serrated Blade, GFN Handle - 6751
The Gerber E-Z Out is a simple folder with a reliable design made right here in the United States. When you put all those elements together, you undoubtedly get a winner.
The Skeleton version of the popular E-Z Out line reduces the weight and narrows the profile of the knife without compromising the utility and functionality of the E-Z Out.
Featuring a clip point profile, the 3.52-inch high carbon stainless steel blade comes with cutouts that keep the weight at 2.6 ounces and offer a quick and reliable way to engage the knife one-handed.
Complementing the dependable blade is a black glass-filled nylon handle. Softgrip inserts are added to the handle for extra comfort and security. A tip down pocket clip makes carrying this folder second nature.

In 1939 Joseph Gerber hired a local knife maker to build 25 sets of kitchen cutlery to be given as Christmas gifts. The knives were so popular that Joseph Gerber left his advertising agency to start Gerber Legendary Blades®. The unique style and high quality manufacturing of Gerber cutlery soon developed wide spread acclaim. In fact, Gerber Legendary Blades are the only cutlery on display in New YorkÂs famous Museum of Modern Art.
From very early on, Gerber collaborated with top knife designers, setting a standard of quality for everyone else to follow. Renowned designers such as Al Mar, Bob Loveless, Paul Poehlmann, "Blackie" Collins, William Harsey Jr. and Ernest Emerson have all designed knives for Gerber. In 2002 this tradition continued as Gerber released the Silver TridentÂ, designed by Chief James "Patches" Watson (U.S.N. Ret.) and Bill Harsey Jr.
Today, Gerber continues to design and manufacture unique, high quality outdoor recreation products. In 2003 we are proud to introduce the next generation of multi-tools: the Recoil Auto-Plier. By constantly utilizing new technology and innovative design to develop new products, Gerber continues to be an industry leader.

This is the second of this particular knife I've purchased-this one for my 14-year-old son, who kept borrowing mine. It's got to be one of the best all-around knives I've ever owned. Light, sharp, and quickly and easily opened even one-handed. It is in my pocket daily whether at work, camp, store, yard, or whatever. Great price and very quick service from Knife Depot-you're bookmarked.
