Kershaw Ken Onion Leek Pocket Knife (Classic Plain Edge)
The Kershaw Leek may very well be the perfect EDC.
Curated by world-renowned custom knife maker Ken Onion, the Leek features a 3-inch, Sandvik 14C28N steel blade with a bead-blasted finish and a reliable frame lock. It's entirely functional and made to be durable, but the burnished stonewash finish of the blade provides a unique style that you'll be proud to display anywhere.
When you need the Leek in a pinch, all you have to do is pull back on the flipper or use the thumb stud for a quick engagement.
The reversible pocketclip allows you to carry the knife either tip up or tip down and the assisted opening mechanism makes it easy to engage with one hand. That means the Leek is exactly where you want it when you want it.
Whereas many manufacturers are looking overseas for production, the Kershaw Leek bears the "USA" marking, so you know that the knife is made in the United States.

One great knife, working on my second one in a few years, like the way you can clean it up so good with the stainless body. I"ll always have one.
It was good service for a good product!
These knives (K.O. Leek) must be one of (if not the best) designed knives ever made. Just fantastic!
I purchased two knives: one for my husband and one for my son and they love them. The size of the knife is perfect and it is easy to open and close.
This order was for gifts. I have carried a Leek knife for several years and consider it to be my favorite knife.
Looks and works great
Very sharp out of the package. Opening mechanism works very smoothly, good size and weight fits well in my hand. Since I'm a leftie I would like it if the pocket clip could be put on the other side of the knife it's a bit awkward opening with your thumb on the clip otherwise I'm very pleased.
This knife is high up on my list of everyday knives with a partially serrated blade. It stays sharp and is perfect for doing quick one handed work and transitions to an alternate grip easily. Even delicate chores are simple with this tip shape. This is one my favorite knives to take fishing. It's out in a flash to cut knots and trim ends, etc, perfect for when time counts like in a tournament. The safety on this knife works fine and is perfectly located! Just don't manually re-engage the safety back on before you close it, and if it's on when you close it you'll know because the blade won't close all the way. The only reason I took one star off is because if the knife gets oily,wd-40 and so forth, the grip is a bit slippery.
The knife has tiny bar that slides back and forth over the tip of the blade when it's in the closed position. This bar moves freely though and I wasn't aware of it. I had the slide bar in the safety on position but it was under the blade, so the blade never fully closed and I cut the side of my hand open. I was taking my hand out of my pocket and it sliced me pretty good. It's not a very good safety apparatus. On the positive side the knife looks cool and it is very sharp. the assisted opening works well.
It rusts very easily.
