This 21" Kukri is the perfect hiking, hunting or camping companion. Its compact size fits easily into a tool box or canoe, but the 14 3/4" full-tang blade is still a force to be reckoned with. Its classic kukri curved blade design has been well-proven in the toughest of jungles for hundreds of years. But, we've added another great feature in the sawback serrations which allow users to make extremely accurate cuts for survival shelter building and other meticulous chores. The injection-molded handle offers a secure and comfortable grip while the knuckle guard protects your hand from briars. Includes paracord wrist lanyard and durable, riveted nylon belt sheath.

The best machete ever. Love this for getting into coconuts. It came sharp but we were able to get it very sharp and it's kept it's edge through over 50 coconuts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very nice machete for the money. Although it's made in China, the full tang and nice weight make it a real pleasure to use.

It look very substantial, but frankly, I see now that I made a big mistake buying it! I thought it is something to be used in the garden or in the kitchen but it is way to big! I have no idea what I will do with it!

Years ago in high school I saw a demo of the Kukri with an explanation how the forward weighted blade enabled the user to completely sever the head of livestock with one blow. All these years I have thought that if I ever got the chance to own one, I'd take it. At the asking price of under $30, I felt I couldn't pass it up. When I received the knife, I couldn't believe such quality! The length is short enough to be used as a hunting knife and long enough to be used as a machete. Short of a firearm, I can't think of anything I'd feel safer with as far as personal protection is concerned! The scabbard is not leather, but the nylon is more than adequate. I expect to get plenty of use from it and then pass it along to my grandson. It is one of the very best purchases I ever made!

Reasonably well made and sturdy. My use will be for cutting brush around the yard and light firewood for the cabin. For what I want, it's just right.

Cheap Chinese quality. Baked on finish was chipped in multiple places upon receipt. Weight is ok. Handle is ok. Finish is definitely lacking. I'd bet the rest of the finish will flake/chip on first real use. Disappointed. Purchased after reading the other positive reviews.
