Victorinox SwissChamp Swiss Army Knife (Red)
An old aphorism proclaims that a jack of all trades ends up being a master of none. The Victorinox SwissChamp begs to differ.
With 33 different tools and features, the Victorinox SwissChamp is essentially a complete toolbox that easily fits into your pocket, proving that a jack of all trades can be a master of everything.
Since the SwissChamp entered the scene in 1985 (replacing the Champion as the top model), it's been called the flagship model of Victorinox because of the fact that it has nearly every tool while retaining a size that's easy to carry.
The SwissChamp is a 91mm model with a reasonable width of 33mm. This particular version of the pocket knife features the instantly recognizable red cellidor scales, but you can also get the SwissChamp in Ruby, Hardwood, Black, or Sapphire.
The 33 different tools include pretty much anything you could need to accomplish a task you'd encounter in day-to-day life. A partial list of tools include blades, screwdrivers, scissors, pliers, a pen, a corkscrew, tweezers, a wood saw, a ruler, a magnifying glass, a toothpick, a nailfile with metal saw, a sewing eye, a can opener, and much more.
A majority of the implements are made with durable stainless steel, and the familiar stamp of Victorinox means you know exactly the type of quality to expect. To top it off, it comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
No other tool out there can stand up to the quintessential Swiss Army knife: the Victorinox SwissChamp.

Except for a bit of scuff on the outside, it was like new. I am very happy with it and I saved close to 40 bucks buying it from you, thanks.
Absolutely the best Swiss ever made. I'm proud to be the owner of such a rare find!!
I received this knife as a gift over 25 years ago, as part of the SOS-Set survival kit. It has a dual compartment pouch with another 21 items, with the 31 on the knife making a total of 52 functions. I normally carry just the knife in a single belt pouch and use it almost every day. The only replacement in all that time was a new spring for the scissors. It's like having a tool box on my belt and I find I reach for it even when I don't wear it.
This was a replacement knife for swiss army knife I had to leave with airport security. It is wonderful and as good as my last one.
As a matter of principle I have to give this flagship swiss army knife 5 stars since it represents the essence of the concept. There are a lot of useful tools packed into this knife making it very thick and relatively heavy, especially for carrying. This model is more a tool to keep at hand in the desk drawer or glove compartment than in the pocket. If one insists on carrying this knife, I strongly recommend a belt pouch. You can't beat this for functionality such as when you need a metal saw for some minor chore or a wire snipper to clip a small gauge of wire. It won't replace a toolbox full of tools but it can come close. A great item to impress gadget-appreciating friends. How many "pocket knives" have a magnifying glass blade?
This knife is totally awesome. Everything that I waited for. I using it when I am camping ect. Great choice.
Liked the item: well designed, well made, ingenious in some respects. The accompanying instructions for use were inadequate, I thought; poorly done and confusing. I realize the problem of many languages to be served. But you can do better.
