Cold Steel Chaos Double Edge Fixed Blade Knife with Knuckle Guard
Taking inspiration from the trench knife used prominently in the two World Wars, the Chaos Double Edge from Cold Steel is a modern take on the classic combat knife. Featuring a 7.5-inch carbon steel blade and a unique hand guard made from reinforced 6061 aluminum, the knife is fit for the modern day warrior.
Like the classic trench knife, the knuckle guard on the Chaos Double Edge protects your fingers from injury during combat and prevents the knife from being knocked out of your hand. But unlike the knives of old, this blade is coated with black Tuff-Ex, which bolsters its corrosion resistance and enhances cutting power.
The Chaos Double Edge, which includes a Secure-Ex sheath, also boasts a ferocious carbon steel pommel that's tapered for additional damage. This is one knife no one will want to mess with.

Very nice!! What you would expect from Cold Steel- Heavy, good ergonomics and SHARP!! Highly recommended!
My first experience with Cold Steel was less than tolerable, but then my friends talked me into getting one of their more expensive products. SK-5 is similar to American 1080 in composition, so the blade is rather tough for the price. The handle is rather durable for aluminum, and the glass breaker on the end is decent. But one plus about the blade is it actually came with a pretty decent edge. I almost cut myself because I'm used to $50 knives coming with almost no edge, but this is an exception. On a side note though, the handle is rather heavy, or at least a bit heavier than I thought it would be. Overall, a lot better than my last Cold Steel product. The only downside I can find is that it may not be full tang, it seems like it stops after the bottom screw/bolt.
