This knife is fantastic! I carry it with me everywhere I go. I have to wear it on my belt because the boot clip isn't quite tight enough to hold to cowboy boots. I am sure it would be fine on a pair of tactical boots. If you are a person that likes a heavier knife that will stand up to anything then this knife is for you. I may be partial to S & W but they are great knives.
