What is the story of the knife?
I prefer this, the larger size, although I ordered both. This one cuts with a little more authority yet is still precise. And you'd be surprised how large even small fruit can be when you cut all the way through it. I prefer this one even though it is just a little long to carry in a pocket. I'm leaving my kitchen knives in the drawer most of the time now. This one even slices bread better than my expensive German bread knife.
Extremely sharp out of the box. Enjoy the long blade to slice into large mangoes.
I have found both knives to be of the same quality as my USDA knives, but much less expensive.
I found your website to be a fast convenient way of shopping for the items I wanted. It was done with no hassle and moderate pricing. I highly recommend them for a pleasant experience.
I wanted a sampler knife since I was a kid working in grocery store at age 14. The produce vender had one. I have a back yard garden and I use my knife on a daily basis. It's a great tool.
It is a good pig sticker and comes in handy with the work that I do. As a knife this is my #1 tool to use.
Little big but does the job well I work in a produce department and it comes in handy for triming and cutting produce lite weight and it'snot that bulky good knife
I work in the produce industry and use this knife a lot. It is very good.
I was expecting the blade to be American made and not Chinese.
