After purchasing one in South Florida at a flea market I searched the internet for the same knife after losing mine in the Gulf of Mexico. I ordered 3 knives (one for me and two for my friends). Everyone who has used the knife threatens to take it from me because it is fantastic. The gulled blade makes it easy to slice large fillets off the fish. The flexible blade bends to make it easy for skinning the scales off the fish. This knife is the only one I will use now to clean fish. I've purchased others but they are not the same. (if you would like to see some of the fish I've been skinning you can go to "thefin.com" and search for Destin eruthless!!)
