Results differed substantially from blade to blade. Sharpener left bevel rough, wire edge. Buffing produced an acceptable edge on all blades tried. Some could be finished with stainless steel polish on a cloth wheel; others were rough enough to make a preliminary pass with black polish on a sisal wheel a worthwhile time saver.

I read many reviews of the Chefs Choice 15 Trizor. The directions about the burr development was very important. That made all our knifes sharp! My wife can now use any of are 11 knifes to cut tomatoes! Great tool!
