Pretty good

The knife is nice, but I found the handle to be a little small for my hands. I did need to sharpen the blade to my preferred level of sharpness.

Beautiful knife, not so beautiful packaging.

The knife itself is amazing, the banding is beautiful, and the handle looks much better in person than in the photos. However, it came coated in a layer of grease, which took some time to clean off, although there may be some necessity to it. There's also a small splotch of some kind of adhesive on the blade that is very difficult to clean off. It's also very dull right out of the packaging. The sheath is very low quality tan leather, with very poorly done stitching. It also doesn't wrap around the handle of the knife fully, rendering it useless. All of that is enough for me to dock a star. I would recommend to review your other options before going for this, and expect to have to look for a sheath that fits the knife properly. The knife itself is enough to retain 4 stars. Overall, I'm happy with this, but likely won't buy White Deer products again.
